In-body image stabilization on the EOS R5 is insanely good you can get up to 8 stops of image stabilization whereas A7 IV has 5 axis in-body image stabilization with 5.5 stops and record gyro metadata.

the price of the Canon R5 is pretty steep it’s about $4,000 which I think is an even more dramatically priced camera when you consider that A7 IV is priced at $2,500.
