Sensor
Canon R5 has a 45 megapixel sensor which is blazingly fast even at 45 megapixels which is pretty unheard of the Canon itself. In comparison, the Nikon Z9 features 45.7 mp full-frame sensor
R5 has the same image processor as the Canon 1DX Mark III which is canon’s flagship sports camera which makes it also very popular among wildlife shooters.
Canon R5 is gonna shoot 20 frames per second with an electronic shutter which has its issues in some situations but then if you can’t use the electronic shutter you could shoot 12 frames per second which is remarkably fast.
